Return & Refund Policy

At Ellhaa, we understand that not every order is perfect. While we do our best to ensure quality and accuracy, unexpected issues may arise. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window for eligible cases.


📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You have received prior return authorization from our support team.

  • The returned item meets all required return conditions listed below.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ellhaa.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • All items must be complete, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

  • New products must be factory-sealed and unopened.

  • Items must be shipped via registered mail with tracking.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, securely protected.

  • A printed invoice must be included in the return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


💵 Return Fees & Refunds

  • Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days after delivery.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (minimum $10.00).

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are typically issued as:

  • Store credit or discount codes

  • In some exceptional cases, cash refunds may be processed based on the original payment amount at our discretion.


❌ Refunds Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind, loss of interest, or personal dislike.

  • Size-related issues for apparel (please consult the size chart carefully before ordering).

  • Delayed delivery beyond expectations (due to variable international logistics).

However, if you received the wrong item or the item has significant quality issues, you are fully entitled to a return or refund.


🔧 Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are fan-made or handcrafted, meaning minor variations or imperfections may occur due to the nature of artisanal production.

If you believe your item has serious damage or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photo or video evidence via support@ellhaa.com. We’ll do our best to provide a fair solution.

We are not obligated to provide support for:

  • Defects reported after extended use.

  • Damage caused by improper handling or human error.


🌍 International Returns

All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse customs fees, PayPal charges, or credit card processing fees incurred during the return or refund process.
