📦 Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–3business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • For items that are made-to-order or limited in availability, additional processing time may apply (up to 6 weeks in rare cases).

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time and begins once your payment is confirmed.

If your order includes multiple items, we will ship them together once all items are ready. To receive certain items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days, please contact us at support@ellhaa.com.

💰 Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

In certain countries or regions, applicable taxes may be calculated automatically at checkout.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

We guarantee that all products are carefully checked and securely packed before shipping. However, once an order is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ellhaa.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
